Monday Mural: mosaic advertising

Jingletown is full of artist studios along with newly constructed condos.  The mosaic studio has done a lot of projects to spruce up what was once a neglected area of town.  I liked it when I saw this business sign using the mosaic technique.  An interesting, if not unexpected, junction between art and an industrial business.

      I see you've written that it's weird to see your own photo reposted. I just came by to say that that sounded a little weird to me. It was a picture I shot ( the one that I put up) a few years back. I was just wondering if you were trying to say I plagiarised your photograph...?

    A great idea for an advertising sign. They really did a great job with the mosaics, especially on the fork lift

    An advertising as mosaic is very old. I think I saw one in Pompeii but not with all the bright colors indeed as you have here. Nice one.
