The columns at Lake Merritt


This colonnade is at the east end of Lake Merritt.  In the spring the wisteria blossoms hang heavy on these old vines.

    I have a friend who lives over by Lake Merritt. We use to go for lovely strolls around the lake. Yet another of Oakland's fine features!
