Sausal Creek going underground again.  It must have taken some wet effort to tag this culvert.  The question remains:  Why?

    I don`t know, but I guess some youngsters have to "mark" their area.
    It is quite international, but cost a lot to get rid of ,
    Some parents over here have paid quite a lot for traffic signs etc. that have been marked by their young kids....
