It's amazing what you can find when you leave your well traveled routes. Found this Jules Verne octopus painted across the front of this apartment building. One of the residents told me it's been there at least 3 years. Couldn't find a name or date. This is found off Telegraph Avenue and 38th Street facing the MacArthur freeway.

Okay, now that one is way cool! Nice find!
ReplyDeleteWell, this definitely has a theme!
ReplyDeleteThis is so cool! Like a 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea, theme!
ReplyDeleteLooks like a mural I've seen down in the Florida Keys. Very cool....really well done.
ReplyDeleteHugged by an octopus ;-)
ReplyDeleteI also like to explore of the beaten track. Walking behind factories is one of my favourites. I have never found anything as spectacular and beautiful as this octopus.
ReplyDeleteQuite spectacular!
ReplyDeleteThanks for hosting.
Great the way it winds around the windows and doors
ReplyDeleteDigging the tentacles! Thanks for hosting, by the way!
ReplyDeleteI love the bright colours of this one!
ReplyDeleteHow do I say this? IF I were the kind of guy who likes street art, then I would like this one. OK?
ReplyDeleteYour city has an endless supply. Is this typical of the Bay Area or just Oakland? Captain Nemo would have at this one.
ReplyDeleteOooh, I love this one. It's fun and fresh and joyful!
ReplyDeleteHa!!! Fun to see in a beach community...but not too sure that I'd want to live there!!!
ReplyDeleteI LOVE this mural! Sorry I missed out participating this week...I have some ready to post.
