Fun!!!
ReplyDeleteOh, linky time has changed? I have been out of touch for a while. I will be back tomorrow for my entry.
ReplyDeleteI really love the colors, so vibrant!
ReplyDeleteA tale of two cities?
ReplyDeleteIt certainly is an Italian extravaganza! The mural equivalent to a theme park :-)
ReplyDeleteThanks for hosting.
The artist has a artistic licence so he put anything he wants into his work:-)
ReplyDeleteQuite a master piece on the streets !
ReplyDeleteFunny picture, you're right, it is Italy for sure.
ReplyDeleteGreat work here. Somebody really put some effort in it.
ReplyDeleteI see Pisa around the corner ... even if Venice doesn't make sense in the context of the restaurant's name, it is a beautifully detailed scene.
ReplyDeleteActually, Venice is just that canal on the left. I wonder where the bridge on the right is. Maybe Verona.
ReplyDeleteI missed your post on the gnomes before, thanks for linking it...glad they won't be homeless!
ReplyDeleteLots of detail in this mural. Love the vibrancy. Better than a plain block wall.
ReplyDeleteLove your title today! Great mural with lots of color.
ReplyDeleteThat is incredibly beautiful!
ReplyDeleteLovely flow to it, you could paddle straight into the mural!
ReplyDeleteIt's great fun! I'm not last one posted today!
ReplyDeleteHi, thanks for featuring this mural! I'm a volunteer with oaklandwiki.org - the free website about Oakland that anyone can edit - and we are working on documenting as many of Oakland's murals as we can! You can check out our entry on the mural (and the restaurant :)) here: http://oaklandwiki.org/Oakland_Wiki_Bikeabouts and our entire list of murals covered so far here!: http://oaklandwiki.org/Murals We'd love to have insight from you about any of the murals you've covered in the past on the wiki. If you'd like to learn more about the wiki, check out our "Team Oakland Wiki" entry :) http://oaklandwiki.org/Team_OaklandWiki
ReplyDeleteIt feels like it was done by someone that had never been to Italy but had lots and lots of pictures, so they compiled a montage. None the less, it is really kind of fun.
ReplyDeleteThe colors, detail and graphics in this mural are fascinating. Who cares if it is not authentic... the scene certainly brightens up the neighborhood.
ReplyDeleteBises,
Genie
