That's a beautiful fountain. It has been a long time since I've been in Oakland, but it has a very friendly airport for private planes. - Margy
ReplyDeleteGosh! For a second, I thought you were going to say that the fountain was frozen! It's gorgeous!

Hi! I'd like to use some of the photos from this site for a slide-show-style music video I'm making for my song "Holiday in Oakland," released two years ago. Of course I would give credit at the end of the video to Oakland Daily Photo or in any way you prefer. I could also give credit in captions for each each image. Is this OK? I couldn't find a way to contact you here except by commenting. You can access a sample of the song, as well as lyrics, here: http://lisabmusic.blogspot.com/2011/10/holiday-in-oakland-new-single.html. I'd be glad to send you an mp3 as well or a hard copy of the CD on which the song appears (I could also give you a clairvoyant reading/healing if you'd like...see lisabintuitive.com). To give you an idea of the video approach, here's a video I just made for another tune of mine: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1-gx8MnRH5g. I hope you view this idea and project favorably! I want to include images from other Oaklanders. Thanks so much! --Lisa B (Lisa Bernstein) lisabmusic@hotmail.com
