Monday mural: MSK crew

Another mural on Honest Al's wall near the devil featured two weeks ago.  This looks rather sweet especially in contrast to some of the darker images on the wall.  But give it a look and weird images start to pop out.  I spotted angry birds, a crazed Woody the Woodpecker, and lots and lots of eyes.  Not so sweet after all.  By the MSK Crew (Mad Society Kings).  To make things even more interesting, it's quite likely that a signature is hidden among all those swirls.

Welcome to Monday Mural:  if you like murals or have a mural you'd like to post, this meme's for you.  Just follow the Linky steps below.  You get to decide what constitutes a mural.  Once you start looking, you find them everywhere.  Be sure to link back to this blog and visit your fellow posters.  Looking forward to the mural finds posted this week.

  4. I see the same things you see in the mural and the more I looked the more I could see. Thanks for posting a large size photo. It makes the looking easier.

  5. Thats quite a mural. It makes you view longer by trying to catch all the details. Nice one.

  6. The red seems to lift it and the swirls add motion. I'd rather view it as an abstract and not bother much with the detail, I think.
    Thanks for hosting :-)

  10. Isn't this colorful. Maybe I won't look closely enough to see eyes and other things that will keep me awake at night.

  11. I like it! And it's always fun to search for details.

  12. Is the one at the end of the same alley with golden poppies that says "Oakland is" finished? I remember seeing a freeway background with teal and (poppy) orange colors popping out and thought it was the start of something sweet. It may be one of the "darker" murals you mention, but I saw the one featured in this post and a bunch of other awesome murals about a year ago and haven't been back since.
