This is Z Cafe, a popular restaurant with a noisy bar. Why is a new car perched out front? Because a car dealership occupies the other half of the building. In fact, the cafe space was carved out of part of the showroom. For a while the cafe definitely smelled like new tires. I guess the wall separating the two sides wasn't sealed off well enough. Thankfully, the problem was eventually solved. Linked to

Good idea for the car showroom to advertise their business.... strange that it should share it's premises with a noisy café?
ReplyDeleteI would think it would be most prohibitive for potential customers!

THAT rubber aroma could be an issue. I thought you were going to tell us the restaurant was in the showroom. That would be a new twist on eating. Call it: Cafe, Bar and CAR!
ReplyDeleteIt seems a strange pairing ODP, but sounds like it's working well
ReplyDeleteIt would be better to have that "new car" smell.
ReplyDeleteI prefer the smell of coffee!!
ReplyDeleteThanks for your visit.

A peculiar set of neighbours!
ReplyDeleteThe car looks at home there. It even matches, silver to silver.

I won't like to have my coffee and smelling of rubber. It was pouring last week when I went to get my warrant of fitness for my car. I stayed in the workshop, and it was freezing.
