I found this mural on the side of an art gallery on the edge of Chinatown. I couldn't find a signature, but I'd lay down money that at least the wolf is by Cannon Dill. The meaning is ambiguous especially with all those extra hands and eyes. Had to laugh at the cassette tapes on the house. Of course, one of the tapes is all messed up. An example of technology that deserved to become obsolete.

Certainly a lot to look at and figure out!
ReplyDeleteGreat mural. A pity that the page with text from the illustrated book is missing. Indeed a lot to see.
ReplyDeleteI would love to know the creative process of so many of the murals we see ODP.. it's funny how after a while we get to recognize the styles of certain street artist. Not sure why but I thought of the big bad wolf blowing the three little piggies house down when I saw this :)
ReplyDeleteI don't follow the symbolism, but it is still a wonderfully done mural with great drawings.
ReplyDeleteMurals are popping up all over for me since I've joined in.
ReplyDeleteThis one's details are elaborate for sure. Thanks for hosting.

ReplyDeleteCoyote making trouble! And the clock face is smoking.... Dark in a fun way
