Good fun !
I love the whole tradition of Los Días do los Muertos.
It seems they are having fun! ;-)
Cute. Being dead may not be so bad afterall.
I'm glad that I'm still among the living :-)
cool, reminded me of something i just saw in sf at fishermans wharf
I just love the Dia de los Muertos! Hope to be back in Mexico someday early November.
Survived Sandy! Thanks for your well wishes back at my site. Ken
Nice little groovy sextet here, I have a feeling this is what the Rolling Stones may look like on their next tour haha!
Heard a MPR story yesterday on the 'Day'. Amazing what they do. It makes so much sense to me.
Love it. My favorite holiday. Oakland Museum always does such a great Dia de Los Muertos exhibit.
I think a big group of city daily photo folks should go to Mexico for Day of the Dead next year. A visual feast!
Cityscape seems a good subject for murals. But many themes can of course be painted there, for decoration and as a break and escape from looking at cement. This painting by American painter Charles Sheeler, http://EN.WahooArt.com/A55A04/w.nsf/OPRA/BRUE-8DP5GS, would make a good mural as it is as a good painting. The image can be seen as wahooart.com who supplies canvas prints from original art.
Dropping in late, really like this one... how I would love to get to Mexico for these celebrations someday...
