Y is for yacht

As you can imagine, boating in the estuary and bay is a popular activity.  Our estuary has lots of marinas where folks can berth their boats.  This cool, wood trimmed yacht drops anchor at Jack London Square.  Linked to ABC Wednesday.

    I agree with Roger, nice boat to look at, and ride on but I sure wouldn't want to own one..too much upkeep.

    It costs so much to own a home in the Bay Area that I amazes my that there are people who also have yachts like this. But then I think of the day Jilly sent us over to check out the harbor in Monte Carlo. Talk about wretched excess...
