Monday Mural: lounge lizard

This character is part of a large mural in downtown Oakland.  Every time I look at this guy I hear the BeeGees singing Staying Alive.  If he's not a refugee from the 70s then he's a transplant from Vegas or Jersey.  Any way you look at it, he's not from these parts.  Sorry, I couldn't read the pieces to tell who painted this section of the mural.

    That's Lance Vance from "Grand Theft Auto: Vice City". It's a game that takes place in a fictionalized Miami in the year 1985. He was voiced by Philip Michael Thomas.
