Monday Mural: warehouse in west Oakland

Just a couple of blocks off of Mandela Parkway in West Oakland.

    That's great! Quite colorful! I like the Monday Mural idea. As to the wood in my photograph, sorry, I don't know what type was used above the windows.

    Another unique mural... I must tell you that now every time I see a wall mural, I think of you! :-D I've seen a couple in Bucharest and I've only been here a week.

    That is a very distinctive mural. American cities are often so drab, it is always great to see public art that can brighten up a street and create a point of interest.

    It's a fusion of the organic and the man-made, and to good effect.

    It would be nice if Oakland had a Mandala Boulevard, too.
