Spotted the other day at about 55th St. and Shattuck Avenue in North Oakland. I know it's a Chevy but couldn't tell you what year. I bet «Louis» will tell us.
I'm glad Louis didn't let you down. What impresses me is that this car seems to be left outside but yet it appears to be spotless. Don't pigeons in Oakland drop presents?
Thanks for sharing this awesome looking Chevy with us. Louis was spot on with the year of 1937. This was a wonderful photo you took and I love the style of the grill. Have a great rest of your day and keep up the posts. Greg Prosmushkin
hee hee...
ReplyDelete«Louis» "speaks" more fluent Packard or Studebaker than Chevy - he was never a "Chevy Man". That being said: 1937.

ReplyDeleteVery cool car! Thanks for the glimpse.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad I didn't miss this one, beautifully composed - and thanks to Louis for the date.
ReplyDeleteSomeone sure takes loving care of this beauty!
