El Taco Bike is the street eats version of La Calle restaurant. He's cleverly figured out how to get a steam tray kitchen, a drinks cooler, a condiments rack, and a trash can on a bike he can actually pedal. The Lucha Libre mask is an added bonus. The food always smells wonderful and the lines are steady wherever he shows up.
Oh that's genius! I'd love to find him around lunch time.

So glad to hear that small business is thriving, love, love, love the lucha libre mask.
ReplyDeleteA clever man!
ReplyDeleteWe're getting more and more food trucks but I don't think anyone does it on a bicycle. Love the mask. Not a lot of gringos, particularly out here in flyover country, know what lucha libre is.
ReplyDeleteStreet tacos are sometimes the best!
ReplyDeleteWish we had these here too, even without the Lucha Livre mask! :-)
ReplyDeleteKewl! «Louis» likes it!
ReplyDeleteThis is a familiar scene in Asia. Not sure that the food offered is always the best quality, though. What is the fascination with the Mexican wrestling masks? I mean, other than that they are colorful and creative.
ReplyDeleteHello there. I've found your Blog through fellow followers of mine. I really enjoy any "Daily Photo" blog and I wish that we can keep in contact and exchange feedback on here. I've just followed your blog.
ReplyDeleteAs for the Taco stand with the mask... I was at a Mexican restaurant not too long ago and saw a mask on the counter as well. Makes me wonder what these symbolize.
