submarine crossing?

    Maybe a submerged power-cable? Lots of interesting lines and structures to see here.

    I've seen those signs other places. The Chicago River comes to mind. I think it just means there is a cable underwater.

    This reminds me that when I was a teen in NYC, going to the submarine races meant parking the car near water and making out.
