D is for dancing (in the streets)

The Juan Escovido band was playing up a storm at the Temescal Street Fair.  The lady in the hat was totally into the music and danced with abandon.  She encouraged other women to get up and dance and before you knew it, there was uninhibited dancing in the streets.  Linked to ABC Wednesday.

  6. That lady is what I did in Halifax many years ago on holidays. Was a band and one lady started that to get everyone dancing. So I did same. Hubby took video. Of course I had a very nice shape then.

When we got home. Hubby showed the kids. They said is that you Mom dancing in a park?. Hubby said yes that is Mom social Butterfly.. To this day my daughter does the same when she is on travel. I wont go into details. It was her Birthday last year. The owner announced it as Daughter said secretly. My Moms Birthday to day. She is 50. Owner asked her to dance with him. Really moving. . She was willing but on top of a table in Cuba. Really? That was different. So we have her on video. Oh my. I could see me doing same thing at her age. The sky is the limit. Like Mother alright. So good for this lady. Great you took the pic.
