a shark out of water

Spotted at the Project Bandaloop performance a couple of weeks ago.  They looked like they're having fun.  Linked to  Photo Roma's Night Shot Monday.

    Looks like something I have seen out at Burningman, the art festival in Nevada. They refter to them as "art cars". What a fun project! I would love seeing cars like this more often out on the road. But they are not that safe on our roads anymore. What a great find.
