    Ah! Jingletown...
    The Oakland PD describes Jingletown as being the epicenter of Oakland Crime: 90% of Oakland crime occurs in a 2 square mile radius of Jingletown.

    On a happier note - on the west side of the Nimitz there in Jingletown, on Derby, is the locally-owned Voila! Juice Company. They have a nice little wi-fi café there. You can get a good meal at a reasonable price and you can buy their fresh juices wholesale.
