On the first Friday of the month vintage car enthusiasts meet at 1/4 lb. Giant Burger in Uptown to display their proud possessions. The reflections show you our almost cloudless skies. What they don't show is the cold wind blowing. Sounds of a vintage rock 'n' roll soundtrack infused warmth into the scene. Submitted to both
Skywatch Friday and
Weekend Reflections. Visit both for many more photos of skies and reflections (once Blogger is completely restored, of course).
What a great shot - with wonderful reflections. Now I want to see the whole car!!! :=}
ReplyDeleteYou were alert to find this unusual reflection.
ReplyDeleteFantastic shot. You have spotted the vintage reflection beautifully.
ReplyDeleteVery classy detail!
ReplyDeleteI agree 100% with Clytie!
ReplyDeleteNice choice on this one ! I like the reflection of the sunset on the body, but concerning the car itself, I find the shiny reflection very attractive : they do enlight the car in itself... Nice work !
ReplyDeleteEstoy de acuerdo - I hope that means what I think. I now feel ashamed of the state of my neglected non-vintage, but trusty Renault Clio which hasn't seen polish for a long, long time.
ReplyDeleteOh... forget the sky! Give me more of this grill work and car.
ReplyDeleteNiiicccee chrome (very time consuming and expensive to do this well). DAMHIK.
ReplyDeletePerfect moment to get your reflection! Nice one...
ReplyDeleteCool reflection and a cool frame for it!
ReplyDeleteI'm moving back to Orange County. However I seriously thought about moving back to the Bay Area but all of our family is in O.C.
On a fait tous les deux dans les chromes ... J'admire la couleur de la photo !
ReplyDeleteBeautiful frame with some nice reflections. I like those blue
