Monday Mural: Mother Earth

This is a larger portion of a mural shown last week.  The mural takes up two side of a large, seemingly abandoned building across from Fremont High School.  It was a project of the Community Rejuvenation Project.  These are primarily done with spray cans.  The themes always aim to educate.

If you like murals or have a mural you'd like to post, this meme's for you.  Just follow the Linky steps below.  You decide what constitutes a mural.  Be sure to link back to this blog and visit your fellow posters.  Looking forward to the murals posted this week.  Once you start looking, it's amazing how many you can find.

  3. It seems powerful but it's hard to grasp it all. Part sky, part sea? If so, that smiley face is extra funny.

  5. All I can say is I'm glad people's brains are wired differently. I am in awe that someone can even conceive of this, let alone paint it with spray paints. It sure is colorful!

  7. I like the divided effect on the image in this one.
The linky doesn't seem to be working - when the thumbnails come up and you choose one it then comes up that a sever error has occurred. I've tried a few times since noon. Is it just me? Although I notice that there have been no new entries since then.
