painless tattoos

Spotted on San Pablo Avenue in the Golden Gate District.  I don't know, but the images seem a little contradictory.

  2. I also like how the little lightning bolts on the sides look almost like quotes. And the sign would make more sense with ironic quotes: "modern", "electric", and most definitely "painless". Makes me thing of the "blog" of "unnecessary" quotation marks (which features a couple of Oakland signs.)

  4. A painless tattoo? Now where's the fun in that? I like your new banner photo.

  5. Er... I might be persuaded to believe that this "electric" method of tattooing is safer than the primitive way I saw in the mountains of Kalinga, but less painful... naaah! You won't see me opt for either, thank you very much.
