Monday mural: El ojo de agua

Taco trucks abound in Oakland and everyone has their favorite.  Not only are they rolling kitchens, they sometimes are rolling murals.  A moveable (visual) feast.

  1. Hah... that you put visual in parentheses makes me question the tastiness of the tacos! But the murals, I agree, are a feast to behold.

[The flight AMS-MNL is about 14 hours. It was an additional just under 3 hours from Bucharest and less than 2 at the AMS airport. Makes a long day, but not the worst travel time I've had to endure.]

  2. That is a beauty! I could dive right into the mural. I like the idea of a moving mural! Super photo too.

  3. Taco Trucks (Roach Coaches) never disappoint. You can always be assured of getting the best, and most authentic, Mexican food to be had. Here in Sonoma County all the trucks I have ever seen are always white with only their name on the side. I have never seen one as colorful and decked out as this one, and with chrome wheels too!

  4. Hah! I laughed. More colorful murals in Oakland, the Mural Capital of the world.

  5. We're getting a bit of this here and it's a nice development. But the water eye, the wet eye - my colloquial Mexican Spanish isn't very good - what does that have to do with tacos?
