Monday Mural: beleagured

This poor woman looks like she's unhappily burdened by something.  Guilt? Defensiveness?  Possession?  What do you think?  Found on San Pablo Avenue near this one.  Sorry, but I don't know the artist, although the style is very familiar.  Someone help me out.

    Yeah, the Yiddish expression about everyone carrying around their own pekl tsores on their back comes to mind here. A bundle of troubles.
