frutas frescas

These fruit carts can be found on every other street corner in the Fruitvale District, a primarily Latino community.  They sell baggies of fruit including mango, watermelon, pineapple and cantaloupe.  Add a squeeze of lime and a dash of chili or tabasco and you're good to go.

  2. Nice shot - I should try more like this. There is a fruit and veg guy who sells from his van round the corner. Must catch him on a busy day.

  3. In portuguese we also say (and write) 'Frutas frescas' and 'Gladiador mexicano' :-) Cool shot!

  4. i love fruit shakes very much but i always do it by myself not the commercial one,its quite expensive to have it commercially every now and then...thank you for the visit....
