ABC Wednesday: M is for Maison Monet

Maison Monet is located on the short street that leads into the Rose Garden.  This duplex is very well kept and its paint job is no doubt an homage to the owner's favorite Impressionist.  For other "M" photos, visit ABC Wednesday.

    Monet is marvelous, and so is La Maison Monet. Interesting color choices, the walls and the window trim, but they work. Takes a bold owner to make such a statement. I like it.

    Obviously a source of pleasure and pride for the owner; and a way to stand out from the crowd! Actually a beautiful building, I like it very much. I doubt I would have the courage to paint my house such an unusual color, but it works!
