Monday Mural: three hands

I have no idea what this is about but I admire the graphic design.  It appears to be a collaboration between two artists but I found no signatures.  This is found downtown at the corner of 14th and Jackson Streets.  These large blank walls that face parking lots make great canvases and add visual interest to the streetscape regardless of how odd the image.

If you like murals or have a mural you'd like to post, this meme's for you.  You decide what constitutes a mural.  Once you start looking, you find them all around.  Follow the Linky steps below.  Be sure to link back to this meme and visit your fellow posters.  Looking forward to the mural finds posted this week.

  3. It almost looks like the graphic one is painted over the other one.

  4. We both have something in common. I can't figure it out either. I have that problem with a lot things that are called art.

  5. Beats graffiti, I say. Looks like an alien being from outer space.

  6. The Black and White portion is most likely Zio Zieglers work. But the color portion looks like work I have seen in a collaboration between Feral Child and Cannon Dill. All three have worked together in the past, so probably all have their hands in it. Their work is always fun and interesting.

  8. There is so much detail in the black & white part of this. It looks very similar to one that ArtandArchitecture showed about a week ago - maybe the same people.

  9. I like your photo. I wonder how long it took to draw it on the wall. Bonne semaine, dear ODP.

  10. One can only wonder about the passion and work that went into its creation.
