Monday Mural: Chinatown dragon

This very cool three story mural is found on 10th Street in Chinatown.  I really like the composition.   Unfortunately, I couldn't find a title or signature.

    The mural was designed by Thomas Wong, and completed around the end of October, 2012. Read more at Oakland Local.

    Yes the dragon jumps of the wall. Remarkable because blue suggest distance and red foreground but here is just the contrary the case.
