Monday Mural: Chinatown dragon

This very cool three story mural is found on 10th Street in Chinatown.  I really like the composition.   Unfortunately, I couldn't find a title or signature.

  7. Yes the dragon jumps of the wall. Remarkable because blue suggest distance and red foreground but here is just the contrary the case.
