Early in November I showed you this mural in progress by Thomas Christopher Haag. It was recently finished and fairly glows in its space. He's wrapped the mural around to the front corner of the building as well. It's hard not to like it, especially his presentation of magical animals. More murals can be found here, here, and here. Much to my surprise, this is my 501st post.

This mural is outstanding! I really hope it deters the taggers from adding their own "artwork" to it.

ReplyDeleteHappy 500th (and 501st) post! I saw this mural for the first time during the Oakland Urban Paths walk between Lakeshore and Piedmont a couple of weeks ago.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations. It takes a lot of work and dedication to take a blog that far. The mural is, well, sunny, and full of whimsey.
